Shooting destroys performance #111

There is a huge impact on performance related to shooting the gun, that seems to be new.
After a few shots fired at a wall (with nothing behind it), the framerate drops from stable 60 to 20 or less for the duration of the decals, or other related entity spawned, to disappear.

Tested today - shooting intho the void kills the framerate as well.
It may be fire particles.

Test in wireframe mode.
