Finding your way on the level may be difficult.
Adding a mini-map could help players find their way around the location and see where they should go faster, which may remove some frustration from new players that are lost.

I rememebr in TF2 I always got very lost when I was playin at first. Despite large arrows and markings on the maps I was unable to find my way in the heat of the game.

Multiplayer games put more pressure at players, as they don't get a second chance, so maybe this could help them feel better.

What do you think?

Maybe, depending on what game modes we end up with.

Yeah. Alternatively we could implement some overlay indicators of things to mind - like teammates and objective outlines visible through walls. That could already help orient oneself in the map.
